The title of this blog is inspired from Mary Oliver's poem which asks "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
My ultimate goal in life is to reach happiness - to better the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of my life. And to live simply like the grasshopper in that poem - treasuring life as it is.
