Healing Lungs (Meditation)

I just recovered from a 5-month recurrent chest infections. I have been trying this meditation that supposedly helps your lungs.

The first night I tried this, I became more aware of my breathing and my blocked nose actually cleared.

Meditation is the same as Mindfulness. We become aware of our body's aches and pain, troubles and concerns. And only when we become actually aware of them then we start to learn to let them be and eventually let them go.
